My Approach: Your Path to Lasting Freedom

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself, you don't need a rigid formula.

You need a personal, practical approach that honours your unique experience.

There is no "one-size-fits-all" solution to rediscovering your sense of calm and clarity. That’s why I don’t follow a single, strict method.

Instead, I draw from a rich toolkit of proven therapeutic techniques, blending them into a process that is tailored specifically for you.

My role is to act as your guide. You don’t need to know which tool is right; you just need to be open to the possibility of change.

Together, we'll find the most gentle and effective path forward.

Below are some of the core modalities we might use in our work together.

Advanced Hypnotherapy & RTT

Many of our deepest beliefs and automatic reactions are run by the subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy is a natural, relaxed state that allows us to communicate with this part of your mind directly.

Using techniques from Rapid Transformational Therapy® (I am a graduate of the Marisa Peer school), we can gently uncover the root cause of a particular feeling or pattern.

By understanding where it came from, we can update old, unhelpful beliefs with new ones that serve you today.

This is a powerful, direct route to profound and lasting change.

NLP & Transformational Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practical way of understanding how your mind works:

how you think, feel, and behave.

Combined with coaching, it provides tools to re-frame unhelpful thoughts, build powerful new resources like confidence and self-belief, and create a clear, compelling vision for your future.

It's the "how-to" part of creating change, giving you skills you can use for life.

Tapping (EFT)

Sometimes, difficult emotions can feel stuck in the body.

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a simple and wonderfully effective tool for calming the nervous system.

By gently tapping on specific energy points while focusing on a particular issue, we can reduce the intensity of feelings like stress, overwhelm, and fear in the moment.

It’s a practical skill I teach many clients to help them self-regulate day-to-day.

Understanding the Mind (The 3 Principles)

At the heart of a calm life is the understanding that you are not your thoughts.

Based on the work of Sydney Banks, this "Three Principles" approach helps you see the fundamental design of the human experience.

It reveals the innate health and wellbeing that is always within you, underneath the noise of stressful thinking.

It isn't a technique but a profound understanding that brings with it a natural sense of peace, resilience, and perspective.

Energy Work

While much of our work focuses on the mind, we are more than just our thoughts.

We can also work with the body's subtle energy systems to release old blockages and restore a sense of balance and flow.

This is always done in a grounded, practical way that feels comfortable and safe for you.

Ready to Take the First Step?

The most effective approach is the one that is designed for you.

If you’re ready to explore what that could look like, the next step is a simple conversation.

Let’s arrange a free, no-obligation call to discuss where you are now, where you’d like to be, and how I can help you get there.

What to Expect on Our Call

Taking the first step can feel daunting, so I want to be clear: this is not a high-pressure sales call.

It is a warm, confidential conversation dedicated entirely to you.

Our chat is simply a chance for us to connect and see if we're a good fit.

First, I’ll invite you to share what’s on your mind.

I’ll listen with compassion and without judgment.

Next, we’ll explore what you’d like to be different in your life.

This is also your chance to ask me any questions you have about my work and approach.

Finally, if it feels right for both of us,

I’ll gently explain how my approach could help, and what that might look like.

There is absolutely no obligation to move forward.

The main goal of this call is for you to feel heard, understood, and clear on your next best step, whether that's with me or not.
