There is no single map to rediscovering yourself, but there are proven paths.

My role is to guide you along the one that is right for you, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Below are the two primary ways we can work together.

The Freedom Foundation Programme

This is my core, comprehensive programme designed for women who are ready for deep and lasting change.

This is not a temporary fix; it is a collaborative journey to dismantle the old patterns of overwhelm and burnout and build a new, solid foundation of inner calm, clarity, and self-trust.

This programme is for you if:

You feel that your issues are interconnected and you want to get to the root cause, not just treat the symptoms.

You are ready to commit to a gentle, supportive process of transformation over several months.

What the programme includes:

An initial 2-hour 'deep dive' session to gently explore your story and establish your goals.

A series of powerful follow-up sessions (typically 4-5) over 2-3 months to build momentum and integrate the changes.

Personalised hypnotherapy recordings to listen to between sessions, reinforcing the new beliefs at a subconscious level.

Guidance on practical tools and techniques you can use immediately to manage your state day-to-day.

The Outcome:

You will finish this journey with a fundamentally different relationship with yourself.

You will feel calmer, more resilient, and equipped with a profound understanding of your own mind, allowing you to navigate life’s challenges with a quiet confidence and a lasting sense of freedom.

The Clarity & Breakthrough Session

This is a single, intensive session designed to create a powerful and rapid shift around one specific, well-defined issue. It is a focused and potent way to get "unstuck" when you know exactly what the problem is.

This session is for you if:

You are struggling with a particular fear or phobia (e.g., public speaking, fear of flying).

You are facing a specific block or a difficult decision and need to find clarity.

You want to experience the power of this work before committing to a longer programme.

What the session includes:

A pre-session questionnaire to ensure we are both perfectly clear on the goal.

One focused and intensive session (approx. 90-120 minutes).

A personalised audio recording to cement the breakthrough.

The Outcome:

You will leave the session with a tangible sense of relief and a significant shift in your perspective and feelings about that one specific issue, freeing you up to move forward.

NLP & Transformational Coaching

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practical way of understanding how your mind works:

how you think, feel, and behave.

Combined with coaching, it provides tools to re-frame unhelpful thoughts, build powerful new resources like confidence and self-belief, and create a clear, compelling vision for your future.

It's the "how-to" part of creating change, giving you skills you can use for life.
